Warrants

Okay, I know ferret will beat me but why would someone buy warrants at .13 or .14 when they can get the stock at .25-26?  Add .20 to .14 and you need  .35 to be in the money.  Now I believe ROE will be well beyond $1.00 by 2020 but still....if I am wrong and it gets to .38 and stalls...At this price I think the stock itself is safer.  Under .10 for the warrants I see value right now.
