Wow just reading some of the posts from today now as I was at work all day your comment on exercising 50 cent warrants with a SP of 25 cents shows your true intelligence & no the Company forecast is to be a major Mexican producer and a $5 dollar goal. will they reach that goal hell if I know but at 25 cents being the second largest producer in Mexico behind Pemex I will take that bet all day

the number of shares and wts etc is in the investors presentation at the bottom, if you bottered to take a look at it, which you obviously didn't. and btw imho if ifr had anywhere near the land postion in mexico that roe has i'm sure ifr would have ended up more shares outstanding than roe does. especially now with the increase in values after the last "land" auction. don't

the sshort answer is real close to 500 million, with a lil over 20 million director/officer options. yall will have to do your own math re how much of a piece of it all roe shareholders will benefit from when you divide the joint venture yano

Nice post Ferret... as far as the SP goes I still say we go back to the trendline to many positive developments as of late we traded in a range of 22 to 25 early this summer prior to the sector downturn with no news and mid to high 40 dollar oil. With oil now at 53 and headed to 55 & all the positive news this is still very cheap. Will be adding this week at this level & will keep a stink

Of the two firms with coverage Haywood has a 40 cent target & Beacon has a 80 cent target this was prior to recent developments so not sure if there has been any upgrades
