not really new news but it shows what they have been up to for their export pricing of crude.

Yes indeed he is... Ian Telfer & the CEO Graig Stienke are cofounders of the company & majority share holders...Ian holds a larger position but maybe someone else can help me out on the actual holdings.

Casey Capital Strategies sold 4.59 million shares at a loss around 10 cents. Telfer owns or controls 8.2% of outstanding shares (not including options and warrants). Telfer would own or control around 20 million.
