Why is ROE going up?

Does anybody have anything useful or insightful to say about ROE? Im a gold guy and this isvthe first oil (oil.wt) that ive ever purchased. 110 bbl/d seems insignificant, no? Are we near the new Pemex strike in Vera Cruz? The Saudis eating their own surely supprts the price

Ok..well..i see there will be drilling..like every other oil.company in the world. Still no opinonilm on the sugnificance of 110 bbl/d. Insider buying here is meh. You got anything else ? Or anything at all?? What are the metrics were looming for? Presentation said 6000$ drilliing per barrel is industry leading...

Do your DD ,and stop rating your post - just looks bad - managment is tier 1 -infrastructure in place (low cost) already in production ,very under valued - up is the only place for this to go !!!

Don't worry. They're mining traders. They're looking for a short and are testing the boards here for confidence. If they even looked at the stock history they'll see they may ride short dips, but the stock owners in roe aren't volatile. This puppy is locked. It's too late for anything else but a steady rise. Sad!

Rating my my own post a 3? Ok.. Yes..i see ROE has sterling management and makes a plausible case in their presentation for good shale potential. For the 3rd time, my specific question is, how significant is 110 bbl/day production. Or is it just a precursor of hopefully better things to come. One poster asked if it was a typo. This question is to any knowlegable oil investors here, versus the over ...more

In my opinion, 110 is a real dud report, I would have hidden it somewhere in another news release. They don't seem to be embarrassed at all by the extremely high royalty rates on their land. Or the very slow progress this "stellar" management team is making. Or the fact that they went out and did a huge PP just two weeks after announcing they did not need to raise cash. But after ...more

watch the warrants.  Their present price would lead you to think that the purchasers are expecting a much higher stock price for ROE.  I prefer the real deal and will nip at it again if it teeters back below .30.

I wouldnt focus on the warrants as indicitive of price. Warrants arent tradeable, without difficulty, for US investors, or institutions, which is why I trade them.
Comment by Dummoney on Nov 09, 2017 1:41pm
warrants of course are issued with placements,
Comment by kegman on Nov 10, 2017 9:02am
My point is the warrants are not in the money yet at .18.  You need .39 on ROE for that to occur.  I understand the multiples of buying more of a lower priced warrant but that exuberance at the warrant level bodes very well even short term for ROE.  Ian's plan is wonderful but that is a grand vision right now and will go through many variablse and with this share structure, a ...more

Pm me if youre interested in a good resourse for breaking down warrants/options into their intrinsic and time values
Comment by ferret_ca on Nov 10, 2017 4:08pm
actually the A warrants are "in the money". exercisable at .20 with the stock trading at .32.5, that puts them at .125 "in the money" at this time.  athe roe.wt are out of the money by .175 as they are exercisable at .50. timeline is worth a fair bit and this being about 3 years on the A wts it is worth a fair bit. IMHO they should be trading at .20  or more at this ...more

Next two weeks should be exciting  !! Good luck to alll !!
Comment by kegman on Nov 08, 2017 9:12am
Dear Duma$$money This is about kissing the ring and then getting permission to drill the prize.  I think the share structure will place a cap on this near a dollar but the run to .50 commences on permit issue or rumours of then it creeps to .65 - .7- on drill start up as the shale play will not take a lot of time to start getting results.  The other properties have better royalty rates ...more

SS6.  Venture exchange is not a 'Fundamentals' exchange.  It is for speculating on 'What if".  What if the shale play is similar to Texas?  What if they only spend $19 per barrell to get oil out of the ground?  Do you think the insiders bought in without having some insight on what to expect?  Watch the warrants for .20 rise.  When they move ...more
