Criminal activity is disgusting, costly, bad karma. While really hurting Pemex, should not affect ROE as I have to presume they get paid for oil measured as it enters a pipeline, so full credit. After that is Pemex's custody.

I watched that interview on BNN regarding the protests, the thing is ,the residents around the Chevron now Parkland fuels have been rabid for years about closing down that refinery,I worked there during shutdowns,outages for 25 years,the residents hate that place, so that transmountain pipeline takes the brunt of the existing environment,the thing is loading all those tankers in such a small inlet ...more
