He's more in the 70% that it migrates camp.
I'm ridiculously long this stock, so no bashing here.
The problem is that AMLO is such a loose cannon.
I think its time we heard from Jaws 333 so that i can sleep peacefully 
for the next couple of weeks.
I will say that I've had the misfortune of hanging out with a few billionaires.
And they have their own club and like to do deals with each other so If Telfer,
Sayadi, and a Mexican to be named later, put their heads together, i hope we'll be good.

I'm sure Boots333 will respond in due time but ill give you my two cents, nothing in life is guaranteed so 100% chance of migration is to high but feel 70% is on the low side considering Pemex is a partner & the extreme negative implications to foreign investment if its not migrated. I like the way ROE went about things drilling extra wells beyond the minimum requirements & feel this ...more
