Hey Makenemds, I was born and raised in Cuba and we escaped the communist abuse of cold pork and dirty water... Basically, understanding what AMLO is summarized as this "without a connected and respected local (Mexican) partner on your oil project, don't bother trying to do a deal with us" I thought someone on these boards said ROE is looking for a local Mexicano?
