I can only hope that Trump told him to re-open oil investment to private companies as part of the deal.  Putin signed on to it also per his spokesman (maybe Lukoil in his ear?).  LOL

so just how would that work when Pemex will have to shut in some of it's production, lol. I can't see anything much getting off the ground in the next 2 years, there will be so much production shut in around the world and ready to to turn at any chance for the foreseeable future. Can you see ANY bank financing ANY new oil projects,especially for microcaps ?????

Not sure if they have to shut any production if you look at the high rate of Pemex production decline last quarter...LOL.  Pemex failure will do the trick without intervention.  See Boots last update with ROE regarding financing.  Chiapas has to be drilled this year per the licenses.
