What is it that shutdown ROE's efforts in Mexico?

Their efforts aren't officially shut down...  ROE started in Mexico during the last government who opened things up to foriegn investment in the energy industry. The "new" government (AMLO) wants to bring PEMEX back to it's glory days and is very leary of foreign oil companies. Thanks for taking the time...much appreciated. I suppose that it will be a stalemate for a year or more? Hopefully the upcoming action in Africa could provide an increased share price until this straitens itself out
