Current agreement with ROE

Can someone please give me a quick summary of the deal with ROE before this agreement today?  Percentage of Botsawana lands ........what are ROE's financial obligationsto continue with current percentage if they decide to not proceed with todays announcement ??  I have spent some time on Sedar but can not seem to find anything.   If someone actually has a certain date for such documents on Sedar for meto look at it would be much appreciated...TIA

Your not missing much, pretty sweet deal for Reco , don't get me wrong glad to become a Reco holder. Thing that cheeses me is ROE was surging at the time & deal was done on the weekend, prior to the open on the Monday wich Imho would have been north of .40. The line stating the offer was a 1.43% premium should have been left out cause that was a kick in the jewls.
