interesting stock...

doesn't really matter how they got the NSR, they have it and it's producing some nice cash, which is difficult for a small junior to raise in this market without brutal dilution, instead they potentially buy back some shares and drill without the need to raise. If silver can go on a big run this could do possibly do quite well.

This is a very low risk gold and silver play, especially in a rising metal price environment. They have both cash on hand, plus some good NSR cash flow for a few more years.
