I disagree, if the dilution was over 100 milion shares and to sustain operations I would be concerned but this was for expansion of the project and for what I believe is a minimal dilution. Good news imo.

I think Rozelli had it correct.  IF the expansion was "after" they had already reached their commercial or full production numbers, then yes, it would be positive. (i.e. going from 75K to 100 K production, etc..)   But "I" think they needed the money to have a chance to ramp up to commercial production, which means their costs will be higher than what they ...more

I see your points but I am more optimistic with this placement as I feel the mine is ramping up nicely as the delays were related to uncontrollable weather variables rather than performance. With ramp up continuing and progressing well now is the time to focus on continued growth as they work towards becoming a mid tier gold producer. your screen name "still" fits you !  To answer your question, I got my brother to invest in Rye last year (150-200K shares) but for whatever reason he didn't exit when I did.  I am therefore trying to provide insights on the respective boards for him to consider.
