Start-Up Issues or Management Issues
In an earlier post I stated that we would have a good idea on the annual production targets after a couple of months. The first of those months is now in the can, and it wasn't pretty. It wasn't terrible as long as it doesn't form a pattern. Start-ups are usually troublesome, and it would have been better to have a more modest production forecast for the first few months. Management was obviously trying to peddle stock in June. Going forward will be a test of management credibility. If there are further breakdowns of major equipment, they should be disclosed when they happen, not when they become excuses for production failures.

While I agree with your comments, I still think they have both issues. The delay in their June number is just another example, as well as the broken vessel and the impact it will most likely have on July production. Yet we hear crickets on future impact or cash flow issues which they have to know everyone inside and outside the company is thinking about.
