I find it noteworthy that Korelin followed through with the promised weekly chat session with Howald. And they did manage to fill 10 minutes with a generally interesting topic that got nowhere near talking about how many tons were going into the pile or how many ounces were coming out. Good observation. Management is still singing the song of 100k oz by 2018. If they don't achieve that goal, it'll be a big dissappointment.

It looks like the good 'ol boys might be taking an extra week to prep for another radio chat. I hope they can come up with a bit more timely a topic than an historical run-through. With the share price languishing near the low for the past year, maybe there is something current that can be disclosed. They could start with updating us on the cracked vessel and perhaps discuss how the truck ...more

We have seen the result of all their promoting of the company, near 52 week lows. Part of me wants them to keep their mouths shut as everytime they discuss the potential the stock drops. Financial will be put by the end of next month, where I am crossing my fingers for a positive surprise on their AISC.

I don't expect the second quarter AISC to be a good number. The overall costs will be high, as you would expect, given the high ramp- up in moving rock. Because dore production tanked in June, there aren't enough ounces to spread the costs. I' m not going to be concerned with the 2nd quarter numbers.
