Rye Patch Appoints Financial Advisors- todays News
"Established in 1990, Capital West Partners is an independent investment banking firm based in Vancouver, BC specializing in corporate finance and advisory services to corporations and governments. Capital West Partners and its principals have provided advisory services in a significant number of merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions involving public and private companies across numerous industries."
Doesn't look like Rye Patch will remain the way we know it today for very much longer. Hopefully commercial production numbers can increase so as to increase RPM value!

what a weird thing to say...that the upside is capped at $1.65. They have hired financial advisors, and obviously one of the things they will be looking at is selling the company. I am not saying they will be successul but as NAV is well above $4 we could see something close...so not sure where your $1.65 cap comes from??

well I guess if you believe what you do, you should just sell and call it a day...I for one will stick around to see how the sale/merger process goes and hope to get amultiple of todays value.

He doesn't know the difference between resistance and cap/ceiling. He has never seen a stock trade above some of their warrants. If the warrants get exercised, that will give RPM another $20m in cash to develop Lincoln Hill and other deposits.

My guess is they will use the cash to pay down debt, sell the company cheap 2-2.50 and the warrants will get exercised and that money will be paid to Howling Bill and the BOD as a severance/bonus. Everyone makes money. Does anyone else have different ideas?

Ya I was off, I figured 2.00 so the insiders on the last pp would make good but they sold out for 1.57. There’s no way I will back up the truck with the management we have, if they were any good we wouldn’t need the merger. Like I said pp was to cover debt + extra to make attractive for buyer, management will take buy out and run away laughing.
