Rutter Inc. (TSX: RUT), today is announcing an order for its Oil Spill Response Radar (OSSR) with a total value of just under $USD 1,000,000. This most recent purchase, expected to be delivered in spring 2011, builds upon the momentum of global interest in the Sigma S6 system.
