I sell for more than the offer
now Im buying below the offer, lol
these are the BOD's making the offer people.. its not a pink sheet trying to buy out a pink sheet.
IMO the offer goes through at .061 and Rutter goes private.  This will happen well before OceanWave enters the books and the company starts making profit.
GLTA  This is no longer a chart play for me and by far a spec play.  This deal is going through.
