If indeed Revett management already knew that they were a so called 'basket case' why did they encourage investors including myself to become enthused about their prospects by continuing to redevelop their already failing mine? Is this the implication of what you are stating? And for what purpose would this have been done? In the last year, were they no longer qualified due to their apparent precarious financial situation to obtain financing for ongoing operations? Is this scenario the situation which exists to the present day. I think that I remember at some point last year they had stated that they had mutually agreed to terminate a credit facility that expired at the end of 2014 and one which they had never drawn upon. I personal was left with the impression by this announcement that everything was financially A OK and that the prospects going forward were extremely good. At no time until their announcement in January of their closure did I suspect from any of their press releases that something was just not right. As an investor I was incredibly disappointed. I had trusted the management of this company...was I not right to do so?
