The HC list of licensed cultivators, processors and sellers was updated today.   Two entries with a date of initial licensing of 2019-02-01 are for cultivation and production licences. These appear to be the first cultivation licences with a initial licensing date during 2019.   Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, neither is associated with RQB.   The existing Bloomera ...more

Thanks for the link, hawkeye.   I wonder how much of an impact the facility size/complexity and the growing techniques have on the speed of HC's review process.   That Edmonton Journal article makes the Viridis operation sound relatively small and simple. It's described as an "8,000-square-foot" facility, using "dirt containers under specialized LED ...more

Lol, didn't the CEO say in an interview a week ago that the license to cultivate for the Edmonton facility is "very imminent"? Now it is a few weeks, maybe months, who knows. What we do know now for a fact is that the CEO has no clue, unfortunately...
