Baffling close tho
It's kinda weird that there was no trading whatsoever in the last 90 minutes on Friday. Every other time just before an after hours news release there's been large trades sending the stock up or down, depending on the news obv, from those who unfairly got the news releases early, yet this time it was total silence. Surely they still had the early access to the info. So why no trading? Are they indifferent to the news and financials? Did they all take off early for the long weekend? I guess we'll see on Tuesday how both institution and retail investors react to the private placement and whether the prospect of paying for advertising and marketing for shares instead of actual cash will offset that.

The form 9 for this latest PP appears to be available now. It's showing only 4 purchasers for just over $2 million in total. That's significantly fewer than the number of purchasers for the PP earlier this year. The form 9 for that PP shows 31 purchasers for $2.2 million total.

Realistically it's mostly just MMCAP buying it. 2 million alone came from them- I'm assuming they're the buyer from Cayman Islands. $70 k from the other 3. Hopefully this time mmcap decide to hold on to the shares for the long term instead of playing their slimy games.

It would very much surpise me if that 2 Million was MMCAP again. I admit its the 1st thing I thought of when I saw Cayman Islands but it's a tax haven for many people and so am hoping it is someone else.
