i can believe that current holders are unhappy with the share price and are wanting to sell. i can also believe that investors looking at this company for the first time might be feeling very confused. if this company posted a recording of the quarter conf call that happened a week ago then it might bring clarity to this company's situation and it might encourage investors to buy some shares.  ...more

hey my friend, in my eyes they wont do release it because everyone, like my (still invested) would recognize that george said the untruth in may when he stated that the facilities are fully licensed and operational. within the latest conference call he said that only 1 room of 3 (licensed) is currently operational. 5 still pending and awaiting approval by HC. in my eyes a clearly missleading ...more

another interesting point. I'm a big supporter and very long RQB so I am biased but I don't recall any big statements by George like that in May. They got a license but nothing was ever said how many rooms back then. what are you referring too? got a link? I think George has done a great job trying to let the market know what the goals and targets have been but then has had to make ...more

he said "fully licensed". so in my world its an equivalent for "the whole facility"!!! The problem is, with such statements he arrange it so that no one will ever belive his words again. think about, why the cabio deal containes no concret numbers. we just know about the 50/50 split and that RQB is obviously capexfree. Probably 6 month later georg give us the real numbers with ...more

that's one way to look at it I guess, but to me it reads as truth. At that point having Markham and Edmonton as LP's was fully licensed and they started growing from seed in Edmonton and were already growing in Markham.  Rooms 4 to 8 are part of the expansion of the Edmonton facility and considered a 2nd site. Seems like he was truthful to me.

Oh and you are right about possible new information coming to light about the 50/50 Biocare deal, it was sure a suprise that they have very little capex as a part of the deal but that they are also billing the company tens of millions for the hardware and installation. It is not a 100% capex free endeaevor as they have had to fly there a few times, set up a company or two, legal fees, etc The ...more

huh, interesting idea. I would think that people looking to invest in a micro cap in a struggling sector late stage bull market would do much more research than listening to a conference call. I cannot beleive that would be something that would effect an investor. But different opinions is what makes a market. If I was a new investor to this stock, I would buy 25% of my intended position and then ...more

obviously the quarter conf call recording wouldn't be the only source of information considered by such an investor. its value is that it should have very recent info and info presumably not found in the financials. otherwise such an investor would have to rely on financials describing the state of the company months ago, or infrequent and outdated update news releases, or vague and repetitive ...more

wow sorry if I annoyed you, just sharing thoughts. If you have researched other companies and followed other companies in the past you would see that the amount of info and detail coming from RQB as a publicly traded company is above the norm.  Great job RQB keep it up! Love all the PR and news!

Since RQB already has a cultivation license for Edmonton, would the licensing of the additional rooms be considered a license amendment instead of a new license? Does that Health Canada table typically list license amendments in some way?   Take the "Verdlite Sciences, Inc." entry in that table, for example. There was this press release a few days ago. I actually gave the answer for the question 5 days ago. The answer of RQB was:"We currently have three grow rooms licensed and one full of plants. Your kg per gardens assumptions are correct - of course these are approximate forecasts and cannot be guaranteed thank you!" Or do you want new answers of RQB?

Nah the production numbers change every week right now, Please RQB don't waste time updating weekly the website or Investor Presentation, quarterly is fine. You found one, nice going. After all your DD if the only thing you have found concerning is a lack of conference call posting and the fact they don't post constant updates which they shouldn't, you must be a buyer, congrats! After all your work that is all you found, must be comforting to have found so little that is concerning.  Nice work and thanks for the vote of confidence.
Comment by ashleigh64 on Oct 16, 2019 5:48pm
be serious, is the idea of a recorded conf call really that foreign to you, or are you just being argumentative on purpose? i do have other concerns. the declining share price situation is one, obviously. the number of warrants is another obvious concern. licensing, too. it's not just the lack of a conf call recording and other updates. - ashleigh

umm please be serious and stop making a big deal out of something that is not. Because the lack of Dividend is more concerning for sure. So whats bad about the number of warrants? if the company is bad the price doesn't go up and they don't get used and so mean nothing, if the stock price goes up enough so that those warrants are used then the price is hundreds of % higher than here and ...more

That makes a lot of sense. George did say it was an amendment and that you could only make one amendment per submission. Also, the site is one facility, one building not two or more. The building seems like it used to have many renters but they retrofitted the whole thing to their purposes. So I'm wrong then and we won't see it on Health Canada. I will check every friday anyway
