As much as I wish it was about the debentures or full licensing, chances are it's just the full details about the digigro acquisition. They sent out a tweet about it mid day but no official document on SEDAR or a news release.

looks like you are right, news probably coming after close. Which is normal for RQB, after close on Fridays

howdy, it has now been almost 24 hours since the halt. there wasn't any news after the close yesterday afaik. why do you think there's this delay? when this company got a sales license last may there was a news release on fri may 3 then a repeat on mon may 6. the bonify success news release was also repeated. so is this company just going to make us wait until sunday night or monday

debenture resolution could be big news for sure. somebody at the ceo.ca board predicted edmonton full license as another possibility. did this company ever halt on the news of the other acquisitions, like 1 life and elephant? - ashleigh

  VERY interesting. Acquisition then the halt. Can't be bad news. My guesses: 1. another joint venture 2. new financial backers  3. debentures taken care of 4. HC approves amendment I'll take the number 3 over all. I hate MMCAP with a fury.

I, for one, hope that it will be either Constellation or Canopy Rivers. That would be a phenomenal relationship.  But the chances of that are pretty slim.
