Lawsuit Tracker & App/Interview
There is a post elsewhere dealing more legal issues with RQB. In particular, there appears to be a newer suit re: STARCORE INTERNATIONAL MINES LTD. v RQB CAPITAL CORP. and RAVENQUEST BIOMED INC.
Does anyone here have more information on this newer suit? Files seem hard to come by. Also, can we get less pumping and more analysis?
Recent Profit! Interview - I really detested this "human interest" style puff piece. Any invester must just see red when they watch this interview. The cute little facial expressions and ridiculous false-optimism is not welcome in this quarter. No discussion at all regarding outstanding legal issues. Zero discussion on patents. This was a non-interview, and typical of paid pieces.
App - Here is what I dont understand. Doesn't George know more about marketing? If you release an app, and the resolution is under 480P, every single Gen X, Millenial, and Z'er can spot this from a mile away. It reeks of "this isn't a real app". Furthermore, one of their twitter releases simply takes the picture, and duplicates it. Doesn't this company realise these kinds of releases shake confidence?
If I didn't know better, I would say that we are being trolled on purpose by the company on Twitter now. Their feed is completely different in flow and content than it used to be, and the consultants twitter for George is now virtually radio silent, when, historically, it was full of information, updates, and personal anecdotes.
I'd really like to know more about the court case, financial data, and other analysis, rather than hearing about how this "pivot" will somehow allow us to tap into "traditional" growers (read - black market).
This. All. Sounds. Ridiculous.
Signing off as "Using 'Signing off as' more than a couple of times invalidates the joke, and makes everyone bored and tired, please more info on the lawsuit. Thanks."

I found the Starcor lawsuit and posted to CEO. After more digging I believe that RQB was subleasing their Vancouver office space from Starcor. I believe the lawsuit is either for unpaid rent, or for breaking a sublease off early.
