https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item?bid=Z-C%3aRQB-2873271&symbol=RQB&region=C Very convenient changing auditors just as the financials were due.  I cannot believe they were allowed to trade today with no information given about the $13m debt that was due Feb 28. Are they in default? Do they have an extension? Nothing just crickets. So the statement below from the above link ...more

The debentures were due on March 2nd correct ? So regardless if the financial statements , we should still be getting news by days end on the status of the debentures ? Should we not ?

I'm still hoping BaronBuffett A couple of things need to fall the right way for us .. I'm still shaking my head , how george could let such a promising company fall by the wayside . We were suppose to be producing as much as the big boys , at a lower cost .. And at some point , they lost focus on this , and didnt bother putting anytime or effort in securing sales contracts , as they ...more

That's right on the money right there. George acted as if the clock wasn't ticking (ie: the debentures and the impending lawsuit). The grave mistake in the first place was making a deal with MMCAP.

They had an 8,000kg supply contract that was estimated to be in the $40-50m range.  They couldn't come close to filling that and that was well before WAYL took a dump. So what's the real problem then?
