There has to be legal grounds against George, no only with misleading investors, but there should be some re-course for not filing any financials for 3 quarters . Those statements need to brought forth , so investors can see what criminal acts have been done . Also , does the bcse need to do an investigation before contacting the rcmp to investigate fraud ?

There has to be fraud here , when george puts out the NR that states wayland will buy everything that is grown to the tiune of 40 million dollar for 2019 . Then George proceeds not to grow anything to sell to wayland and even the stuff he does grow , he sells very little to wayland group , all the while , he keeps telling investors that the contract is still valid . Why would he not have grown

That kinda is key. A $40M + contract would have put RQB into the next level. They took $2m upfront to help with the grow. Where did this go? Most companies would have been licking their chops at this. So why not make every effort to fill it? Hmmmm. Not focusing on growing when you are a grower? Doesn't make sense unless you have other plans...

It was all a ruse the moment George grew the first batch and saw it didn't work. Then he knew the game was over. Before that, it was legit, I believe.

George wouldn't want to grow on flat tables as that was against his MO and his ego. The new LED light was most likely BS as well - he never showed it.  George spent a lot of time studying up rules, regulations, trends and such and spent a lot of time and effort building out his dream facility and all that he envisioned. Then he found out his thesis was wrong when he had his first grow

Well I contacted the national post but no response . The base hasnt gotten back to me . Just left a complain to CAFC . So we'll see what happens there .

There has definitely been fraud done here by george . With the trading halt the CSE should of had in estimators in the case to make sure the financials were put out , up to date . This is a system truely broken and favouring the crooks . I for one , want to see justice . Too many unanswered things . Criminal to rip off another invention and sell it as your own to start .
