Yes. Cannabis Biocare is a different company to Cannabis Biocare AS. The latter changed its name to Cannabis Biocare AS 1 week before the announced deal. I believe that this speaks to intent to obfuscate and defraud investors. This alone should warrant an orange jumpsuit for George. Mymoolah2

What I heard was yes, Cannabis Biocare and Cannabis Biocare A/S were two totally different companies. I also heard Norway's Cannabis Biocare A/S (Norway/ Dubai) was long gone before this JV was announced with the new entity. So new in fact it wasn't even a company when the JV was announced? How many of us invested thinking they were one and the same?

I know i invested thinking that it was the same company . They even told investors that the JV was with the Norwegians.
