The writ submission seems to be dragging on whereas a few months was said to be the norm. California being the way it is, and 2 out of 3 on the local committee against the development because it's roughly in the middle of the community, it's still

No news other than the 2 directors leaving, but the action today suggests the possibility the writ failed - usually it's very thinly traded. But until it's official, who knows - maybe just a reaction to the directors leaving, but the news came 10/30 after the close and 10/31 had volume but no price drop.
