With all the investment for exploration cancelled

in the past 3 years I can see why this went so low. With oil recovering and talks of this glut affecting oil production  well into 2020 I can see this going back to its 52 week high. Definitely looks like a good long term play. And if a replay of earnings happens next quarter I would definitely be taking profits and rebuy it.
