Obv. Whomever is buying the shares from .05-.09 KNOWS there will be a financing at .10 and IMO will be flipping these retails + placement shares from .10-.25c if they can. Probably the financiers themselves....insider trading at its finest.

Are you suggesting that the company plans to issue new equity? The CEO is on record as committing not to dilute.
