YE June 12

A six week delay in financial reporting, that's a worry. Hyde, Weaver, Carlo the CFO and three directors have left. What gives?

I'm still rooting for them but I think the poor devils are riding a whirlwind. Being a security expert, does that mean you know how to run a business?

It would be interesting to get Hyde's perspective.

Ask him why he fired Hyde or ask him why Hyde quit. I don't think he could answer that question, legally.

Nondisclosure agreements accompany senior management departures as a condition for receiving financial compensation. It very likely would not have been amicable.
