"I completely understand and appreciate our valued shareholders concerns as it relates to their inability to trade, said Thomas Gerstenecker, Founder, Chairman, a.i., and CEO. The obstacles presented by the TCSS transaction have to date prohibited the finalization of the audit. I can assure you, we are working non-stop on getting this audit completed, filed and back to trading. Our shareholders deserve it, said Gerstenecker. What a farce! Embarrasing

apparently the old owner of Inka's has taken over as chief operating officer to try and salvage the ship wreck. She only has until April 2020, 5 months to fix that mess, or they'll have to come up with, what? 5 million to pay back 360 for selling them a lemon. BIG L. They're going to say that it's the pandemic that caused the loss this year. And what will end up happening to 360 ...more
