So is this it?

I notice Sembiosys has sunk again. They just got their loan but have they run out of time to comply with the TSX?  It was holding for awhile pending something happening. I was hoping to at least get gas money out of this.

Gained a bit after you posted but one still has to wonder what is happening with the delisting. It has been 31 days now since they were granted 30 days.Also, there must be some newer developments from their deal that was in "advanced stage negotiations."
