Because I see no short-term upside here

 

And long-term feasibility is seriously in question considering that this company is so heavily reliant on doing business in China

 

The entire business model and lines of product are all about China

Just read up on who Tasly is and the agreement that SBS has signed with them. There won't be any more cash burn because Tasly is funding 100% of the costs. The burn rate in the past was to get SBS-1000 and the other technologies to a point to where someone like Tasly would JV with them.
