I too am buying, this will get ugly before its gets better but well be sitting on the Venture in a couple months laughing about today....I cant even believe SBS stayed on the TSX this long to be honest...most of the time when you dip below 10 cents the TSX makes you take action, this was at least voluntary.

I agree......the 'demotion' to the TSXV makes sense.   The thing that concerns me is that they also state they are laying off most of the employees

Well...that'll reduce their burn rate at least....   The one thing is if they have the JV where Tasly takes all of the costs, they don't really need employees. It's a hail mary pass situation now but it's better than selling at 1 cent.
