On February 21, 2012, the Company received additional financing from the holder of the Company’s long-term bonds and detachable warrants in the amount of $500,000. The amount is a 1-year promissory note bearing interest at 7% per annum, with warrants to purchase 5,182,981 common shares at a price of
.083 per common share, subject to adjustment. The warrants will expire 10 years from the issuance date.
