I will keep on this. I wrote to ASC for any further info they might have and of course to inform them. There are so many different legal considerations. Personal suit against Directors (losing proposition) is all that appears available until we can get a look at books, contracts and files, which IMHO may no longer exist.

Anyone else who got duped and robbed...please post whatever you can find out. Thanks.

You can count me in if there is going to be a class action suit against the directors and CEO of the company. What the heck did they do with all these millions of dollars. How useless can they be to blow the oppertunity they had to market and sale the 2 main products ( if there was any to begin with!!!). These guys should be in Vegas doing the disappearing act.
