Agree - Sprott and management should be made to pay back all those huge bonuses and performance fees given the complete disaster their management of this Company has been. Enough already - wind this up and pay out the proceeds to shareholders before they destroy the remainder of what's left.

Agree Sprott should waive any management fees.   The outstanding loan is to Sprott Lending and I see they just raised additional funds for more lending.    If they can sell the Union Agriculture ownership that should be a catalyst to close the gap.   They are carrying the value below what it's worth I think.   I had backed into the value of the
