Uruguay Land prices $3800/hectare - Unlock the value please!

I couldn't find recent land prices but 2015 farm land in Uruguay was fetching $3,800/hectare.    Union Agriculture manages 160,000 hectares and is a going concern growing crops and raising cattle.   At 160,000 hectares x $3,800 = $608,000,000 x 6.2% ownership = $37,696,000.    We carry the NAV of our stake at $21,000,000.    this is way undervalued on our books by over 1/2 as the land along exceeds the value we carry on the book.     Uruguayan land has steadily rose.   We need to unlock this value asap!!!!
