I see canadianinsider and I see
1) The CEO bought 35,000 shares at 0,89 in late July from the public market.
2) All The insiders (CEO included) have been buying since April thru an acquisition/ownership plan.
They have been buying a lot of shares at prices higher than the current ones thru that acquisition/ownership plan.

As you see any purchase is about 1,100 shares for each person.
As this is not an acquisition from the public market, My question is
Do they exercise their options/warrants/rights and buy ?
Pls respond responsibly and seriously. Does anybody what it is ?
