12 MMboe  OILY   reserves  for  a  low  $20/boe   gives   $240 M   value  in  an  acquisition.

Exclude  long  term  debt, the  market  cap  should  be  at  least  $130M !

The   current  market  cap  is  $22 M!

 

The  baby  was thrown  out  with  the  bathwater.....
