Jump in or not to jump in

Not even 3 hours of trading and the volume 6% of company shares changed hands, assuming somebody buys @.285 that gives app. 4,5% ROI on yearly base not too bad comparing to bonds. Virtually no risk, because of great asset base. Light oil trades at premium to WTI and recently the NG market has substantially improved comparing to last few quarters. From the trading perspective the SP been artificially suppresed in last months, whoever has been doing this lost quite few shares so there is that small possibility of another offer. Will have to crunch more numbers, before will jump in, but so far doesn't look too bad. Worst case scenerio 4,5% return on investment in couple of months.

There is definately still room for this to run.  We have a floor of .30 and we have the possibilty of someone else stepping in with a bid so speculators should send this to a premium of .30.  Any hint of news will drive this higher. Brookfield took us down so hopefully someone steps in and forces them to raise their offer.  GLTA

Once again, Cdn regulations are there to sound good but not work for smaller ...more

This is a very predictable result. Impossible not to believe that BAM as been selling this down in order to set this up at this cheap price. They know how much this is worth to CPG once CPG gets control of ARN. BAM is going to sell this to CPG at a huge premium some day soon, but all is fair in big business.  I believe there is even a spousal relationship between an executive ...more

heraticlus, i bought at 0.30 well aware that things were sketchy, i assumed brookfield would not let this tank, imagine my dismay when it was cut in half 2 days later, in the end i was half right and more than happy losing 10 per cent, after all the moaning and groaning this is probably as good as it will get, on the bright side there is a smorgasbord of 30 and sub 30 centers from which you can ...more
