Would anyone know the result of this review and when the special meeting will take place to vote on the BAM offer. I have sent emails to SCS without reply.>

Its a crock, no specific date has been shown. Valuation apparently is being done by an independant financial advisor - then it has to go to the board before any decision is made.   Nick.
