Perhaps SDX is doing  DD on the the property and infrastucture they are sbout to pick up from BP at least i hope they are.

this assets are a game changer and will take sdx to a production level that will require lots of years to built if we grow based on investing our cash flow in exploration and development, we are making a huge step forward in just one play, so we need an excellent due diligience to take place here and management must take all the time they need without shareholders puting pressure on them, an error
