I watched the interview . At first Iwas impressed but at  9:25 Paul's hand dissappears to the left while he is gesticulating . So the background and probably the desk are some sort of green screen deal . The interviewer was distracting with that coughing.  That aside I'm trying to be objective and I believe Welch is sincere enough in his story ( or at least as any of the CEOs

I mean really this Mr. Pinocchio with a clown sitting beside him can lie more than rain drops in a matter of 10 minutes. His nose grew so long that almost touched the ceiling of BT tower in London.
