What happens to shareholders past de-listing?

Are the shares worthless or is an investment considered dead money until SDX relists?

Hmmm interesting someone else potentially still in SDX. If you had shares and did nothing, depending on your broker, they should have been converted to shares on the LSE. You should see them in your account, itrade shows them in mine. To trade you have to phone in to broker and do manually thru them. Cost is high itrade at $250 per trade. Company is still going and although share price not moving ...more

I hold mine through Questrade. despite being written down as a 100% loss, it still registers as "S077033 STK SDX ENERGY PLC ORD GBP0.2".  The way I interpret this is that have only 20% of my original share count, but at the 22.00 GBX currently listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).  I have zero intention of selling since it is a story that  is ...more

I am also still holding the bag on this one in itrade.   I did not know that it was $250 fee to sell this in itrade !!  Thanks for that info.  Guess I will keep holding.  Haha.  It's a good story and with gas prices doing what they are, I have high hopes. If anyone has another link to follow this feel free to share.

  It was re-listed in UK (LON:SDX), I believe you can have your shares converted, I myself sold them off about a year ago and am with itrade and took the hit the reason for the cost of trade is it has to be done with the broker like a pink sheet transaction... they were in a taxable account so I atleast get the write-off. I wasn't watching my account and wasn't aware of the news ...more
