XMAS Shopping Early to get the best Deal
The CEO of SDVI says he thinks the company is cheap right now and that
he's buying at these levels!!! When management buys shares in their
own company that's an extremely positive sign for the company.
I have used this strategy for years and it has worked wonders.
Management sells shares for many reason but only buy if they feel it's
going up.
According to the CEO of SDVI Christmas time is their best season of
the year and with SDVI trading near a 52wk low I believe those that
get involved here could be rewarded handsomely!!
If you want to get on these Christmas plays you really have to get in
early before they run up. Every year I watch companies like Deck
which makes the Uggs run up starting in Sept all the way into Jan.
SDVI could do the same.
It's amazing how much money some video games are making. Halo 3 beat
all entertainment launches in history beating out theatrical releases
like Spider man 3, and Harry Potter. Halo 3 had $170 million in sales
just in the US alone!!!
Kids don't ask for toys anymore, they ask for video games. Every time
you turn on the TV you see another commercial for a video game.
SDVI plan to release 9-10 titles next year. SDVI also has an online game portal in
the works and will reward players with credits to shop online.
SDVI announced earlier today they have signed with Studio Archcraft to
publish a game called "Project Exile" for the Nintendo DS.
We are very excited to add this RPG to our growing list of published
products," said Kenneth Hurley, CEO of both Signature Devices and
Graffiti Entertainment.
SDVI is still by far the cheapest game developer out there. Let's
compare the closing prices:
SDVI: $0.16
Electronic Arts ($59.63)
Take-Two Interactive Software ($17.95)
Midway Games ($3.40)
According to consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, the gaming
industry will see a compound annual growth rate of 9.1% between 2007
and 2011.
"Video gaming is one of the most exciting stories in terms of pure
growth numbers," said Marcel Fenez, PWC's global managing partner,
entertainment and media practice.
SDVI could become a monster as the video gaming industry is expected
to become a $48.9 billion global video game market in 2011.
SDVI create, develops and manufactures advanced information
technology, including computer systems, software and electronics
products.
The company also publishes software including video games, and
commercial products through its wholly-owned subsidiary Graffiti
Entertainment, LLC.
