Big plunge 9% in one day, revolutionnary hybrid wind power missout to be 100%  reliable even when the wind too low and unstable. Hybrid motor with clean natural gaz like Westport-Volvo could bring a new value, a new vision of the golden wind...
Dont give the fish to the poorest, help them to enlarge the trouts lakes,cleaner filter,organic hemp buzzzing proteins  !

Good idea hybrid wind farm 100% even when the wind off, too low, unstable...Only miss more carbon credit tax and more alliance projects with Sound energy, Sterling En, Kosmos, Chariot oil in poorest coutries etc.
