heavy dump

fund selling? pinetree?

It appears to be the case, imo. Looks like they are almost out. Great bargain at 4 cents though. If there wasnt the selling pressure from one seller the share price would be at 6 cents imo. From my calculation there is roughly 6 million shares in the public float. Management alone holds about 17.5 million of the 26 million shares outstanding.

From INK Research on Feb 13 Pintree/ Inwentash had 5.4 million shares between them and were selling every day. Insider selling, especially at a loss is scary. Anyone have any more insight? Did the 1 million PP fall through?

Your math is a little off. Pinetree hasnt taken down any stock since this announcement below. Over 2 million shares of the 5.4 million shares are convertible debenture securities and warrants priced at an exercise price of 12 cents and higher. Looks like they are close to out. I dont think Pinetree selling, has anything to do with the financing. As I have seen other posters on other public company ...more

may see 3 or less depending on urgency of seller imho.

You could very well be right. If over 2/3's of Pintrees position is post roll back shares then what’s their cost on those shares? 25 cents and higher? If they are willing to sell those shares at 4 and 5 cents, why not 3 cents?    imo, all pinetree is doing is providing all of us with a gift. The seller doesn’t change the facts, SFM has roughly 6 million shares in the float and ...more

got a stinker @ 3. Never know.

With a nice juicy bid at 3.5 cents. 3 cents looks tough. But the seller whittled down their position even further with management picking up 200,000 of the 300,000 shares sold today.

Kudos to Mr. Smith for stepping up and buying.

Very nice indeed. I would suspect to see management continue to absorb the oversold market. The dynamic duo of Mr. Smith and Mr.Broughton are big believers in the Sully prospect. Both gentlemen have long successful track records in the mining industry and together they form a powerful punch.
