Update
1. Delivering the CHUM unit early August
2. Have the auditor working on the final letter of opinion, late August (Depending on how quick CHUM pays)
3. Dozens of projects are still being promoted
4. A project in the US is close at hand
5. Funding for the aquistion is almost in place - while secured lenders still negotiate
6. A press release out lining all this will be coming in the near future
7. Once all that is complete, they will call the AGM in October

The track record against set expectations is not stellar.

The best you can hope for is a fighting chance. I don't think the company is in a negotiating position to do any deals at a premium valuation to where the stock was halted. I am guessing more pain initially before seeing any gains. But it's not like you can do anything but wait. GL.

we have 3 things to negociate: 1) all the loss we had in the last years can be transfered to the new company, so they ll save on tax (worth of about 5mm) 2) our technology (brevet...i dont know in english...) 3) and our frac heater GL

It all depends who needs who more and of course, everything has a price. I don't think Sofame is in a strong negotiating position so for that reason having a fighting chance is a positive start.
