Hopefully it will be the audited financials which will pave the way for lifting of the halt. I believe that when the stock was halted due to the audit incompletion, a June timeline was mentioned.

It seems like if you call them, they will give you some promising details. The last communication was blaming auditors for the halt. Yes, from an investors relations perspective, by now they should have given an update. If they still haven't found the money to pay the auditors, I don't think any talks behind the scenes are good for existing shareholders. As I said, how much negotiating

The Cease Trade Order was a result of their mismanagement....taking away our right to Trade....buying or selling for 1/2 cent if one wanted to. There is a total lack of protection on these Exchanges for Shareholders.

Majority of attractive start-ups are privately funded and once they achieve certain growth and profitability, they get bought out by bigger companies. For the large part TSX Venture Exchange is a casino for those folk that can't access private investments to try their luck in companies that largely cannot secure enough private funding. The last word was once they get paid for the last contract, they will pay the auditors and get the audit done. The longer this takes the more questions there are, and the questions that come to my mind do not ooze optimism.
